“Bed looks to be of good quality, it’s for a spare room so have not used it yet. One area of improvement. We choose our delivery slot, but it says it’s only a request and not definite until we receive a dispatch note. We never received a dispatch note, and on the day we didn’t know if we were expecting a bed or not, then a delivery crew turned up with no prior phone call or text, so it was lucky we were in at that moment.... I’m sure it was just an admin error but it left us not knowing what was going on on that day and we wanted to plan the day for work reasons. I did call the company but they are not accepting calls, so I email the company twice, 24 hours before, the maybe delivery date and again on the morning of, and they replied after the delivery had taken place that day.”
“Really impressed with the quality of the bed and mattress. Very good value for money. Delivery date was changed without notification, if I hadn’t been on holiday I would have wasted a day off work waiting for the bed to be delivered. I received a message to inform me my bed would be delivered the following day. I received the link to track my bed and it arrived at the time stated. Customer services communication could improve, other than that, I cannot fault Bed factory Direct.”
“Arrived several days earlier than expected, and when built it's very sturdy and the mattress very firm. We did have some trouble putting it together as two of the casters did not go in for love nor money and we had to resort to a drill and a mallet - but they went in eventually! Beyond this, very pleased with our purchase!”
“Took a chance and ordered online after seeing this on the Bed Factory Direct website. Really nice divan bed bought for a child, it is really well made, the grey chenille fabric is lovely and matching headboard sets it off nicely. It was delivered on chosen date by two guys who were very polite and helpful. Would definitely buy from Bed Factory Direct again.”
