“We were kissing an eyelet piece on the gas strut. - a piece of metal about 50grams. We told Bed Factory who in turn told the manufacturers (Birlea). What we received was the complete metal bed frame including wood slats and hardware. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE WASTE. Bed is working well now but all the metal and wood left over is at the tip. Please speak to Birlea- it’s unacceptable.”
“My request for a replacement part was dealt with very quickly. Only one negative, somehow you managed to put the wrong flat number, I'm 49, where the bed was delivered, the replacement part was addressed to 49a, so I got a missed delivery notice. Next day I kept an eye out otherwise it would have gone undelivered again, as 49a were away.”
“The replacement part had new and better fabric but the noise is louder than it was. Horrendous service. I will never purchase again. I don it recommend anyone to buy this.”
