“Bed is beautiful and I can’t complain. Customer service was awful. Paid for the old bed to be taken away which was then disputed. Eventually it was taken away, when putting the bed up, it was missing a crucial bar which meant I wasn’t unable to sleep on the bed until the bar had arrived. When I asked for compensation for this, I was told no and that I would get the bar in the post. Very shocking customer service. No communication or consideration for customers. You don’t expect to pay £500 plus to be treated like nothing!”
