We were told 3-4 weeks delivery when in fact it was just over 8 weeks. We were never kept updated with the progress, I had to ring up on 4 occasions’ never over promise and under deliver

“I placed my order was told the bed would be put together no just dumped in the room when I phoned up I was told I needed to pay 35 pound to put it together not what the salesman told me .so not impressed”
