“My balance on paperwork was different to theirs which wasnt nice to deal with as i had got the relevent money out that i thought id owed the delivery lads phoned the appropiate number and got it sorted and apparently they had a few already like that but i asked them to check the money and they did and were polite”
“We met with Dave on our visit to the shop in Chester and he went out of his way to assist us (having been previously let down by Bensons for Beds). Unfortunately, the sofa bed we ordered could not be delivered on the date promised and Dave was on holiday. It was a shame because the lady that dealt with us from the delivery depot in Liverpool was not at all helpful - she was abrupt and refused to apologise for the inconvenience caused to us. However, because Dave was most helpful when we went to the shop, we will not hesitate to recommend Bed Factory Direct to our friends and family.”
