“Bed is fabulous, exactly as described, delivery not so much, I booked Tuesday, had an email a day later saying they couldn’t deliver that day and changed to Monday, according to website, delivery team would ring me with a delivery time slot, 7.34 on delivery day a phone call to say they were outside delivery address, only problem with that as it was 10 miles away from me and no-one at the property as the bed was for an elderly lady not due home from hospital till the Tuesday, so it cost me a fortune to get a taxi to property to accept delivery. If they had let me know the day before they would deliver so early I would have stayed the previous night.”
