“slight delay in delivery, and customer service was not very efficient. But that aside, still worth 5 stars, the bed is great and the mattress so comfortable, at half the price of high Street retailers. Very happy.”
“Very efficient delivery and was put together in the bedroom by delivery men. Lovely bed, very comfortable, well made. The only issue was there were no pre drilled holes for the headboard even though fittings supplied.”
“The bed is brilliant, well put together and the memory foam mattress means a great nights sleep. My only issue was the lack of communication for the delivery, I got a text about 20 minutes beforehand. Total silence from yourselves despite sending an email a few days beforehand is not great customer service. My guess would be down to the Covid 19 situation and the effect that has had on businesses operate at the moment but despite that I am still made up with the bed.”
