“In a day when online sales have lead to a deterioration in the quality of service and product you receive its nice that companies like Bed Factory Direct still exist. The customer service over the phone was excellent, they were very patient with what must have seemed very silly questions. The bed arrived on time and the quality was way better than I had expected. In fact I liked the bed so much I ordered another one for the spare room. I bought Ottomans and love the extra space they provide. Can't say what the other beds are like but if you are looking for an Ottoman then this is a good place to start.”
