“Unfortunately the item delivered was not as shown in any of the photos or details. We ordered a custom size bed 4ft by 5ft 6. The website stated we could have slider storage but didn't say this could only be at the end, making it useless. Despite this, I would say customer service were really good and fair, refunding the cost of the slider and sending out missing feet and joiner bar 1st class post. They also apologised for the website being wrong and said they would rectify this. The bed finish is a good quality and the mattress is suitable for a child's needs and occasional adult use.”

“Absolutely lovely, great size as it fits nicely onto our smallest box size bedroom. The added sliding doors gives ample storage space. The bed is smaller in length which is a real plus point we can put it vertically or horizontal :) Thankyou so much for our custom bed my son loves his bedroom now :)”
“This is a lovely bed, it's the second one I have brought and cant fault either of them! The first one came with a headboard. I assumed the second one wasn't supposed to as it's different material but when I got asked to review it reminded me to check, the headboard is in the spec so I will have to follow this up.”
“I can not fault bed factory direct they kept in regular contact with me regarding the delivery. The bed arrived at exactly the time they said it would. The delivery drivers where fantastic really friendly and professional. The bed itself is lovely it was for my 16 year old daughter who can I add hasn’t got out of it yet!!! I needed a short bed... 6ft, I have looked everywhere for one and bed factory direct have every size you can think of. I also found a 10% off voucher. It’s very well made and looks so expensive. I would definitely recommend bed factory direct.”
