“After ordering a divan base and being happy with the product and service, I decided to order a matching headboard. I had confirmation of the order and delivery date and time. When the headboard was delivered it was wrong so I contacted the Sales department, straight away they apologised for the error and by chance their own van was on its way up north and could come and pick up the incorrect order in half an hour. In the meantime, they rearranged to get the correct headboard out to me as soon as possible. I couldn't be happier with both the products or the Customer Service and would highly recommend”
