“Well I’ll start with the positives... the bed is amazing! I was worried as for the price, I didn’t think I would get such a comfortable bed!!! Wish I’d have bought it sooner!!! It’s very high but will definitely get used to that. Now the negatives... the customer service from the company is truly terrible. The original delivery day was cancelled (without notifying me - I only found out as I happened to email the morning of delivery checking on a delivery time) after I’d booked a day off - I wasn’t happy. Delivery was rearrange for a completely unsuitable day but as I’d already got rid of my old bed (as I couldn’t fit two beds in the room & I had no idea the delivery had been cancelled - lesson learned!!!) I didn’t have any options (5 days on an air bed was enough!!) Then the delivery - was told I’d get a call advising of a delivery time, no call received. Driver arrived (nice guy) but he was on his own so left a kind size divan & mattress in my front porch (although I’d double checked it would be delivered to the room of my choice - even during these troubled times) which left me (alone) having to move it upstairs. Now I’m a fairly fit 40 year old female but still it was extremely difficult. Then the headboard is ordered didn’t arrive. I did email the company but it took days between emails to get a response which was extremely difficult. I understand things are hard in the current situation but having no ability to actually speak to someone makes things really hard when there’s an issue. So in conclusion if you want a very comfy bed & don’t mind rubbish customer service then order ...the bed is worth putting up with bad service - just hope there are no after sales issues.”
“Excellent service. Delivery went without a hitch on time. The guys were lovely polite and respectful of my carpets etc. It was a wet day and they never left a trace of footprints wiping their feet each titthey came in. Bed perfect. Exactly as described. Excellent service. Definitely use you again in the future. 5⭐️Service thank you”
