“Although the matresss is good quality and delivery guy polite and helpful I was messed around with delivery time. Promised before school pick up. Didn't come. Had to arrange school pick up. Didn't come until after six pm. Not good. Waited in all day and feel that better organisation needed to be more professional. Quality of mattress good. Polite helpful staff. Delivery not good. Times given need to improve”
