“Quality product, great purchase! ....on the delivery side however, the guys didn't phone prior to delivery and consequently arrived with the mattress when I'd gone out for 30 mins! They came later and said there was no 'instruction' to ring me! Why don't they simply ring every customer regardless? They deposited the mattress onto the bed base upside down and with the foot at the head...and they're rather heavy to turn! Apart from that, all's well. ...and only one of them wore a face covering.”
