“Very happy with this bed so far. Seems sturdy enough, well built, looks great and the mattress is very comfy. The first mattress I received had been damaged during transit, it looks like the delivery drivers hadn't been very careful with it and it may have been dropped on a corner, causing it to burst at the seam. Customer Services sorted this out and organised a replacement very quickly. The only issues I have had have been with the two delivery companies and the time they took to deliver the bed and replacement mattress after uplift from Bed Factory Direct, but BFD have been very quick and efficient throughout and I cannot fault them. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.”
“I love it! Such a comfortable bed.qnd looks great too! My experience from start to finish has been great. Customer services emailed constantly to keep me updated of delivery dates and the drivers called on the morning of delivery day to give an estimated time of arrival and then called again to say they would be here within 20 minutes which they were. The drivers were friendly and put the bed into the room of my choice. Excellent service considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. I would definitely buy from this company again!”
