“The mattress itself is fantastic. I chose it after checking the mattress at a hotel I stay at fairly frequently and always sleep really well at. I was pleased to see that the one I bought was exactly the same, despite the hotel one being a contract mattress and some worries that the quality might not be the same. The bed is very deep so deep sheets are needed and it is quite weighty to turn but this is just due to the quality. The stitching is very neat and tufts are comfortable. The only issue with my order was that the delivery page allowed me to pick any date - I picked one that I knew I had off work but was phoned the next day to say that deliveries only happen in my area once a week on a specific day, which made it tricky to get time off work. This was the only negative aspect and I was assured this will be updated. I called on the day before delivery just to check the date change was 100% correct and going ahead and the staff were very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend Bed Factory, as with all large items delivery can be a bit tricky. I'd recommend calling to speak with someone prior to ordering if this is something that could cause problems.”
