“Disappointing. From the details I was expecting a 'medium' mattress. This one I had delivered is not a medium, it's like laying on candy floss it's that soft and you inevitably roll into the middle. For the price, it's a mattress - but sadly I think I wasted my money and as my back starts to get sore will only end up paying more. Very unlikely to shop here again due to this experience.”

I was sceptical with the price being so low, and get free delivery, and chose the date for it arrive , but I need not have worried, great quality, customer service, and i am yet to see better prices”
“I will not use this company again based on the delivery company they use (YDL). Ordered a MATTRESS for Tuesday delivery, get a timeslot on the morning, 2 hours after the timeslot when someone has waited in all day I call YDL up to be told they had forgotten to put it in the van but it will be delivered before 12pm the next day. 12:30pm on Wednesday still not arrived, I call them up to be told they couldn't find it in the warehouse when they set off in the morning but they will find it and deliver it later that day. It does not arrive. I finally get a 3rd delivery slot on Thursday, I get a notification saying it's been delivered with a blank photo when no one had rung the buzzer or attempted to deliver it, I then find the mattress thrown over the wall. Never in my life have I experienced such a shambles of a delivery company.”
