“Instructions clear and easy to follow. The design is modern. A bit low down, this makes getting out and up a little difficult. Looks very good in my bedroom.”

“Lovely quality and good prices! Failed to deliver on the agreed date as part of the order went missing courier people were to notify me in 48 hours of another delivery date but didn’t! 4 days later contacted bed factory and fair do’s they were all over it booking a delivery for the following day. I have giving them 4 stars not because of the mishap, (things happen to the best of us) but because they were let down by their courier service who gave us 10 mins to get to the delivery address instead of the half hour courtesy call before they get there. On top of that they were rude! I hope this is a one off for them as they were great to deal with.”
