“The Lady in the shop (Think it was Nina) was very professional, attentive & did not rush us at all. Our headboard was made to measure due to height restriction in our loft bedroom. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Highly recommended. The two lads who delivered were spot on time they said they would be. Again a very professional two man team. “Mattress is great. Good service whilst in the shop . However was told it would be delivered on the Friday and the guy serving us couldn’t put it on the receipt but he would call up and book it in. Waitied in on the Friday eventually rang to be told the delivery was never booked in. But in all fairness was sorted quickly and delivered the Tuesday after with no issues. Overall happy regardless of blip.”

I was kept up-to-date and informed to my delivery slot and the lads who delivered were really friendly and efficient.
