“Having a loft conversion with a very narrow staircase with a bend at the foot of the staircase I couldn’t find any base that would fit round the bend and up the stairs. Then to my absolute delight I found this 4 way split divan and ordered it (still holding my breath that it would be the solution at last!). It arrived this morning - and having taking a chance and ordering the 5ft split base it fitted with ease, with 2 lovely hard working delivery drivers kindly taking it up to the loft for me. Definitely would highly recommend this range if you have a narrow staircase or loft conversion. I ordered the grey crushed steel and it has matched perfectly to my other grey crushed velvet items in the loft room. With the matching 36inch crushed velvet grey head board I ordered too that also was no problem getting round the tight bend I’m have got to say I have had excellent customer service and delivery of goods. Highly recommended this company who don’t send out their goods to mainstream couriers but instead have their Ken delivery drivers that drove down from Liverpool to Kent where I live to deliver my order with care and with a smile. I was also informed when calling customer service prior to delivery that if my goods didn’t fit in the required room I could refuse delivery and they would then refund my card - this is excellent service considering I know having ordered furniture from a different high street store that they would charge me 20-30% of the entire order if it didn’t fit !! So bed factory I give you 5 stars for all round great service and considering how cheap the split divan base was it is a great value product (and trust me I am very fussy - hence a good review when it is justly deserved).”

Customer service (Paul S) was amazing and our new bed is fabulous quality and easy to put together.
