“I ordered 2xSINGLE(TWO DRAWER) and 1xKING SIZE(FOUR DRAWER) DIVAN BASES. We are very pleased with these and they exactly met our requirements with regards to ease of getting them up a narrow staircase. Well made and easy to assemble. I was not so impressed by the delivery arrangements. Firstly, when I received a phone call to say that the divan beds would not arrive on 31/05/2019 but a week later on 07/06/2019, I was not concerned. These things happen and the lady who called was very apologetic and even offered to supply 4 extra pillows free of charge. She also explained that they could not deliver sooner because it was not simply a case of sending a courier. The beds needed to be delivered, unpacked and assembled by one of your delivery teams. The beds arrived and the eight divan bases were simply taken upstairs and left on the floor. Also no sign of the 4 pillows. The senior delivery man was unhelpful when I asked him to identify single and double bases replying he had no idea he only delivered. It took me 3 hours to unpack and assemble the divans and deal with the packaging debris. Not bad for a 70 year old I thought!”
