“II recently purchased a divan bed base from Bed Factory Direct and the whole experience has been brilliant from start to finish. I purchased the bed base online, which was really quick and simple and with all details clearly laid out. I then asked a question about the type of feet that came with the bed, and I got not one, but two responses from the team at BFD within less than 24 hours answering my question and then sending the alternate feet to me in the post - brilliant! The delivery process was great too, with email and SMS updates to confirm the time and date and a phone call from the team on the day. The bed arrived when they said it would, perfectly packed and with a polite and friendly delivery team. Again brilliant! I then had a small problem with one of the drawers (which was slightly damaged in transit) and another query about the bed feet. I contacted the team at BFD again and received an incredibly quick response from Josh. He was really helpful from the very start, apologising for the issue and raising it with his production team for a replacement drawer to be sent out, dealing with the whole thing quickly and professionally. I spoke to Josh several times and he couldn't have been helpful and attentive - no matter what time of the day I emailed him, he always seemed to be around and ready to help. Josh you were brilliant! And the bed base is great quality too!”
