“The bed is perfect - unfortunately communication from the delivery company was really poor resulting in us missing out on being able to book a mattress collection as they did not email us to tell us about this until after the delivery had happened & despite emails from me asking if the delivery was happening I did not get confirmation of the delivery going ahead until 2 hours before it came! Not ideal for booking time off work! Please sort this aspect out as it lets you down!”
“I was dubious about the service after reading the review but this was totally unfounded. The Delivery was ahead of schedule, given this was at the busiest time of the year this was excellent. The bed and mattress are of high quality, I strongly recommend Bed Factory”
“This Splt Divan single base bed is great. I have a Dormer extension and just to get a full size single bed up the stairs causes severe damage to the wall, but this product made the job easy. Got it up the stairs no problem. I chose the base with drawers and it’s better than a silent night bed I recently bought for my other son. Easy to set up and attach together. I also bought a memory pocket mattress and a head board and my son loves it. I would definitely recommend this product and the company. Delivery was on time and with very helpful delivery service. Five stars. Thanks.”
“Bought because of narrow staircase, quality of product is good, arrived at time noted, well packaged, easy to assemble, pity the silver bar is on the outside of the base which joins the bases together however it isn’t undecorative. Would definitely recommend bases well made”
