“The choosing,ordering and paying was easy. The delivery was as they said, came about 7.45am which we didnt mind, it gave us the morning to set the divan and headboard up. We ordered bracken charcoal and the headboard 22inch. We found we couldnt get the casters in with the rubber hammer so we placed the casters in and stood on each corner of the divan, it worked. Everything is very good, no bits missing. There is a slight newish smell which was overpowering but after a day or two it went. Cannot fault anything about the whole process. “After 20-plus years of living in our house with its awkward staircase, buying this split divan base has been a revelation! We have previously been unable to get a single divan base up our stairs, and have always had to have a creaky 3' bed frame in a small single bedroom. This has meant that underbed storage has always had to be in plastic boxes, which looks a bit tacky. However, this split divan went up our stairs easily. We are really impressed with the quality of the base, particularly the smooth running underbed drawers. We had actually ordered another divan from a different company before discovering the Bed Factory Direct, and a mattress from a third company - all due to arrive on the same day. The BFD one arrived first and is absolutely perfect. The divan from the other company arrived next and the quality is nothing like as good, although it was more expensive. The mattress arrived two days late! So a massive thank you to Bed Factory Direct for being the only company of the three who delivered a quality, well-priced product on time! I almost forgot to say, the delivery guys were fantastic too. We will definitely use BFD again.”
