I was a bit surprised that they didn’t take the packaging away with them. That’s really the only criticism.”

The fact that it doesn’t include a headboard is hidden in small print on another page and not stated on individual beds even though there is no option to purchase a headboard with the bed and photos show the bed with a headboard. Misleading advertising.”

“The bed itself is really good and thankfully easy to put together as the instructions weren't great. There were a couple of fixings missing but the customer service team were quick and efficient at rectifying the problem. Very happy!”
