“This is the second ottoman divan base I’ve had from Bed Factory Direct and I honestly can’t fault them. The build quality is so much better than most, and the pistons for opening/closing are super strong, meaning very minimal effort is needed to access the under-bed storage. The fact that the storage area comes complete with an enclosed base is also really cool as none of my stored items get dusty; and thanks to the raised castors, there’s still enough room between the floor and base to slide my rug under when not in use during the summer months. The delivery guys were professional, polite and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!”
“Great quality bed. We had the option of delivery from 3 days onwards. We opted for about 6 weeks so we could get the bedroom redecorated. The bed turned up exactly when we wanted and customer services were quick to reply to any of my questions. Would absolutely recommend and would buy from here again!”
