“We ordered this bed and within the hour was contacted to confirm our order had gone through. The communication from bed factory direct was great and they phoned us several times to update us on our order (which ended up arriving a few weeks early ). We were given a one hour delivery slot and the two men who delivered our mattress were very helpful and polite. The mattress is amazing and we would 100% recommend it!!!”
