“Bed frame and mattress as accepted. Daughter loves it. Instructions and frame could be better marked with clearer parts identifiable ie part A part B or numbered”
“After getting up at 5.45am to take delivery at 6am ... (which was a tad early) - I then attempted to assemble the bed - only to find the incorrect parts had been delivered. Customer services however - were really helpful and got the correct items sent to me very swiftly. Bed is now in use and looks great.”

“Excellent communication at every step of my order. They even contacted my local delivery company to ensure that I would receive it at a certain time. The only negative was the delivery man was alone and refused to carry it up to my apartment as not insured. I had to agree to accept any damage if he carried it up. I had no choice as I was physically unable to do so myself. Not the companies fault but the local carrier. He did so and thankfully there was no damage.”
