“The bed arrived on time, however I didn’t really like it once I recieved it. The customer service team were very good, I paid for a courier to send it back and the refund and finance were dealt with imminently so overall very pleased with the customer service here.”

“I purchased a single divan two slide out draws with a teal colour cover, it is by far the best bed I have ever owned and a beautiful look/feel to the material ; well worth the £200+. This is my first time in dealing with "bed factory direct’ and it was a SUPERB service. I chose the delivery date and they delivered on that date, they gave me a courtesy call and the two gentlemen who dropped my bed off even asked if I wanted it on the landing. Deliverymen I've dealt with in the past for other beds never offered this, even if their was two-three of them, they just declined and wandered off. In the beginning I was rather sceptic about buying a bed from here but there pricing and truth about what the bed was made of eased my hesitation. Most beds are made of cheap or poorly placed wooden supports, they have little to no weight distribution and buckle due to the mattress breaking in the cardboard sheet and this leads to a damaged mattress; especially springed mattresses. This bed is not that at all. Immediately the weight and feel of the bed made me feel at ease, solid drawers, solid board and more than enough supports underneath, eight castors instead of the standard six that most beds have. This makes the bed smooth as butter to move around even when all the draws are full, mattress on top and my border collie weighing 15Kg with two cats watching my every move both weighing 4kg each. For what you get the price is on point, build of it is outstanding, colour is more varied than most bed stores and the service is outstanding. I will be referring this site to my friends and family!”
“We bought a Reinforced Divan base after talking to Josh at BFD, we were looking for a really strong bed to take the weight of a 50kg Double mattress. This is perfect for the job! My only regret was not finding Bed Factory Direct before placing an order for a lovely but really expensive mattress! Quality is excellent, easily as good as well known brand names and at affordable price too. Arrived perfectly packed in pristine condition. Fabric looks lovely. Grey Chenille, drawers brilliant. We matched it with a Blake Studded Headboard which finished the bed off perfectly. Really quick dispatch and delivery too! There was a slight delay due to the "Beast from the East" but Michelle was brilliant giving me a call and keeping me up to date. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic, we had a slight issue getting the new bed upstairs as there is a very tight bend in them, but they persevered and found a solution by removing the rail, they put it back for us too which was really kind of them.
