“Delivery driver moaned when asked to take the bed up the stairs. Beds fine but the mattress is a bit thin and quite hard. Can’t seem to get rid of the funny smell from it either. Hopefully things will improve!”

“Although the base is strong and sturdy one of the draws does have a split to the draw bottoms inside but I did not bother to mention this has it does not diminish the quality of the base which you can see I had a slight issue with communication has I had a text stating that the delivery was having to be changed due to a problem with the delivery company when in fact it did arrive on the requested delivery date so I found this very confusing Overall it was a very easy purchase and other than the slight issues mentioned above everything went well and I am pleased with the purchase, I would recommend to friends and family and indeed use again myself in the future”
