“Product is very good and great value. Arrived in good condition. The delivery team were polite, friendly yet professional. The delivery company were very helpful too. However, at point of order, you can choose a delivery slot. I chose, and paid extra for, a Saturday delivery. No communication but when I contacted them I was assured delivery was scheduled for the Saturday. On the Saturday morning of delivery, a message arrived to say delivery was scheduled for the Tuesday. I sorted this with the delivery company directly who advised that delivery could never have been possible for that Saturday. I have now been reimbursed for the Saturday delivery fee, and all was OK eventually - but only after considerable inconvenience to me.”
