“Great bed at a brilliant price. Delivery was perfect and Customer Service was outstanding! I bought the 4'6" Double in 2017, the Build quality was excellent and it still is after 3 years of nightly use!!! Chose the casters/wheels and even with the bed fully made up with mattress and bedding it's easy and very light to move around for cleaning etc etc. Occasionally the bed does move a bit if you knock it heavily, but it is really easy to reposition. We went for 2 Drawer option, they are both solid, good size and run freely after 3 years of heavy use, never had a problem. Delivery, the original date I chose had to be rearranged but Customer Service/Support contacted us within a couple of hours of placing the order and arranged for first thing next day with a timeslot. The delivery team rang to say they were in the way and when they'd be with us. It turned out the base was bigger than the old base and the wall banister rail had to be removed. Not a problem for them and they replaced it when done too. I recommend highly Bed Factory Direct!”
