“The divan is great quality however it disappointingly makes creaking noises when rolling over. The delivery of the bed was poor, no confirmation that the bed was out for delivery. When i emailed the company they told me it had been delivered already. In a confusion i called the company which took over an hour to get hold of someone. Who explained the bed is still on the delivery van. By the time it arrived it was late. The delivery just dumped the bed just in my front door. As i was at work my wife was left to move the bed up stairs which she did so the weight of the frame is quite light”
