“A great value bed at a great price and easy to put together- but couriers are a joke. Wrong item and impossible to call or talk to a human. Change couriers or it makes you look bad.”

“I ordered this for next day delivery as I was moving house and my bed had broke, the next morning I got an email to say it was actually out of stock. I called up and the lady on the phone was so helpful and personally checked with the warehouse what similar beds were in stock and ordered me one for the next morning , as the new bed was slightly more expensive they didn’t make me pay the difference for the inconvience. The women was so helpful and made it a smooth service. Mistake and thugs like that happen, it’s life but it’s how the company deal with it that make it good. It arrived as she said and the bed is built and fantastic.!”
