“Prompt delivery. Bed is easy to assemble . The only downside is the length of the bed as it’s not 200cm as it’s advertised online but 198cm. Be careful when ordering mattress as my one is now hanging out as the standard length is 200cm”
“Ordered the bed in white, paid extra for the colour. The company let me down twice over delivery as it didn't arrive as scheduled. After phoning they said it would arrive the next day but alas, no. Having phoned again it was promised for day three, but when it arrived it was the wrong colour which I didn't realise till after the courier left. Decided the pine version was OK so kept it. Really couldn't be bothered dealing with the company again for exchange / refund as they were pretty rubbish. Bed also slightly damaged on receipt.”
“I am very pleased with the bed frame BUT you really should change your courier, I was informed that it would arrive between 4.19-6.19 but did not arrive and no update. The following evening my neighbour knocked to say they had a delivery for me which had arrived at 8pm, I was at home and even the dog didn't hear them knock and no note through the door to say it had been delivered . Very disappointed as a friend had come over especially to assemble the bed for me and waited until 7pm. I then had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for 2 days and as I am 70 years of age I could do without that.”
