“This company made a delivery mistake and we got an incomplete bed. They went out of their way to be helpful. Their driver came from Liverpool the same day to deliver the missing box and sort the problem out. The bed is now put together and looks great. The mattress too is super comfortable but more than anything, thank you to Bedfactory for being so quick to sort a problem out. I wish more companies would be like them.”
