“Very poor experience. I was confirmed a date for the delivery and given a time frame to be available at home. The delivery guy phoned me after this time frame had expired, and to inform that he’d arrive within an hour. One hour later, the office called me saying that the second box of my sofa had not been scanned and that the delivery guy would not be able to bring the whole package. They kept me waiting at home for a total of 4 hours with no delivery. I am still waiting to receive a phone call to organise the delivery.”
