“We have bought this same mattress before for my childrens room as a double size. We were REALLY impressed with that one. However, we bought the king-size one (same make) for our bed and have unfortunately needed to lay it on top of our old mattress due to it not puffing out/expanding to a comfortable depth. But disappointed to be honest. Arrived quickly and very impressed with delivery, just a bit disappointed with the mattress itself to be honest! Not had this issue with the last one, so perhaps it was faulty this time around? It certainly hasn't expanded to the advertised size this time around, is less than half the depth advertised....”
“Sadly something went wrong with the delivery company, but the customer service at bed factory direct was excellent and they refunded me hassle free when the delivery company failed in its obligations.
Would certainly try again next time”
