“I have never known such amazing customer service, knowledgable and helpful staff and what a great end product too. I live in London/Bromley and ordered without having seen the bed and mattresses personally. I spoke to sales member Paul Shields and his colleague on the phone a few times with enquiries and both the advice and service was just fantastic. I had searched high and low online for a custom made note sized headboard or oversized headboard of good quality and reasonable price. The best I found in other stores was approx £4000 however bed factory produced a custom made over sized headboard with matching divan base and drawers all for less than a quarter of that. The price was amazing and the quality of material was great, a lovely blue velvet hotel sized bed for a fraction of the price. I love a firm orthopaedic type mattress usually and Paul recommended their Egyptian 6000 mattress, again for a fantastic price with a kind discount. I was wary having ordered all online and via phone but again the mattress is one of the best I’ve had and I’ve slept in way longer than normal on my days off! I recommended the store to a friend in Liverpool and she popped in and bought her bed there too. She sent me a photo and it was a gorgeous roll top grey velvet bed which look extremely expensive but was in the sale for £399. Very unusual to find great prices, handmade beds, top quality products and unbeatable customer service. I will never shop anywhere else for a bed again. Best Liverpool bed company you could use and they deliver nationwide too so beat the prices here down south by a mile.”
