“I bought this as my bed was too high for me - I am only 5ft tall. Delivery was on the day requested, with 2 cheerful, helpful young men. My son fitted it using only pliers to remove staples and a 5p coin. It took him about 30 mins. My bed is now 5" lower and just right, as I can put my feet on the floor. The base is perfect under my luxury Tempur mattress and the grey colour matches my carpet. My one problem is the metal joining / fixing hook; it catches on my leg when I sit up, so I have covered it with sticking plaster to protect my skin. It was a fair price and I am very pleased with my purchase. I can totally recommend The Bed Factory, going by my own experiences.”
“Needed a lower bed base and this is just the job. Ordered in Cream Faux leather so it would always go with my decor but its actually more like light beige. Still it blends in. Seems well made and packaging was good. Delivery day I booked ended up not being available but once a date was sorted they kept me well informed and did deliver on time.”
