“Very disappointed with the service. Bed was delivered with no screws before Christmas meaning I cannot assemble it. Despite repeated attempts to contact the Bed Factory now, have heard no reply or update on when they'll be sending my spare parts. Been sat on instant messenger for an hour this morning waiting for a reply. Pretty terrible customer service.”
