On arrival I noticed damage to one of the drawers, I contacted Bed Factory, sent them photos and suggested they send out a replacement drawer instead of swapping the whole bed, they agreed, and 3 days later I received the drawer. Great delivery, great product, and a great company to deal with, five stars in my book. Thanks.”
“The delivery guys were great. I am happy with the high divan base. I would have give 5 stars, but I think there is a small design issue, the base is so deep it needs 2 sets of fixings to keep the 2 base parts together. Otherwise great height for tall people.”
