“We have given 5 stars because we were not able to give 4 1/2 . The ordering process was very good with a speedy delivery by your own vehicle with courteous and helpful men.
We did not however receive a delivery slot via email as promised . When chasing this up we were told that it had been sent but it was probably in with our 'Junk emails' which it was not .
Otherwise , so far , we are pleased with the product which was very easy to assemble .”

“Bed seems fine, we ordered a side opening bed and the opening doesnt open as high as a front opening, but it still seems a solid bed base. Need a bit of DIY, but nothing difficult, instructions were straight forward. Delivery was friendly and prompt. I would recommend.”
“The base looks lovely against our existing headboard, with a very close match. There is a small fault on the top of the lid which has been reported to the company and they've offered a partial refund which I have accepted in the hope i can cover the corner area and the material doesn't fray.”
