“The spring base has made a real difference to the softness of my mattress, which is great. The wool cover was worth the extra charge as it has no odour and looks great.
The only thing I was not expecting was the height of it! Once the mattress is on the base it looks abnormally tall.”

“A Very good company to deal with. We had an issue with the base making a clonking noise and the bed was extremely bouncy making motion transfer quite bad and the mattress felt too soft. The company dealt with the issue and custom made another base which looked much better quality. They made the springs less risen and placed padding on the top and bottom of the springs. It gives it a more firmer feel now, but its much better. The customer service is admirable. (This base replaced my original platform top base which was too firm for me) It does make the mattress less firm. I ordered the 4 drawers which gives great storage.”
