“I was sent a number of texts confirming the delivery prior to the date and was kept up to date about the progress of the delivery team on the day itself. The bed arrived with all the necessary bolts but no instructions. This was the only hitch, as it would have helped - I wish I'd known that you really do need two people to assemble the bed, even though it's pretty simple. However, I was guided through it by an extremely helpful person from Bed Factory (Thank you, Michelle) and all in all I was relieved that I had spent the extra money - well worth it both for the peace of mind of knowing when it would be delivered, and great customer service. Very happy with the bed, too - much better quality than others I'd explored.”
“The bed itself looks very smart in situ (we bought base only). Took two of us about 15 mins to bolt together - without instructions! The gas struts are powerful - easy to lift open. No complaints. Bed bases just seem - in general - very expensive for what they are! But confident this will last us a good while and our original mattress is 20x more comfy now it's on a firm base.”
