“This is a solid, well-made bed. What brings it down is the lack of screws and nuts provided! Why are only 2 headboard bolts provided when there are 4 screw holes, and would require 4 to be properly secure? Why hasn't the fabric also been drilled, making us trying to align screws and make a hole in the fabric ourselves? Why oh why isn't there any nuts or wing-nuts provided so that we can properly secure the screws holding the two pieces of the bed together? With attention to small details such as these, this bed would be a 5 stars bed.”
“The mattress is firmer than I expected, but it is really comfy, it gives enough not to make your bones ache. You don't get that sinking into the bed feeling like on some memory foam beds and it is definitely cooler. I haven't woken up roasting like I did with my old memory foam mattress. The ottoman has masses of storage and was very easy to connect the 2 bases together. They arrive as 2 single beds and only just fitted into my room because of my stair landing configuration. Something to watch out for if access is tight! The delivery was excellent. Plenty of updates to time slot and they carried it up the stairs to my bedroom. Definitely recommend this bed and this company!”
