“I received my small double Ottoman bed within a few days of ordering it (at 6.40am!) at my new home. The delivery guys were excellent and managed to get the two halves up our narrow cottage staircase. I was surprised how heavy they were and realised I hadn't seen the weight on the website - I should have asked before ordering. The bed came with no assembly instructions (they are on the website, but BedFactoryDirect kindly emailed them) and one or two screws were loose inside. Assembly involved making holes for two or three bolts in the thick fabric, and using wing nuts to tighten them. Once accomplished I was surprised how forceful the gas lift mechanism was, but it did settle down as the instructions said it would. Overall I'm very pleased with the bed and think the service, speed of delivery and value are excellent.”
“These ottomans are made far better than the price suggests and are really easy to assemble and use! The storage space we now have is brilliant! The top is covered like our old divan base so we have no problem with slats! The delivery people were also amazing delivering my bed to a room of choice.
