“Product is good. Improvements could be made by giving buyer a more accurate del time, not it will be AM then arriving after 3 pm. Also a little more care when taking into bedroom like putting the 2 halves the required way. We had to struggle changing them round and at 74 years old it wasn't easy.”
“Morning of scheduled delivery rang customer services to check all going to plan. Very polite agent confirmed delivery on schedule drivers to contact when near. Drivers gave 20 mins notice arrived on time off loaded bed and everything taken upstairs advised on assembly two great guys. Put it all together just what we wanted and ordered will be looking for a double in the new year well done.”
“Nice bed with plenty of storage underneath. Good choice of fabrics & headboards. However, ours was delivered a day late (despite reassurances it would be delivered on time). Wouldn’t have been too bad if someone had let us know, but it just didn’t turn up! Delivery was rearranged when we contacted the store the following day.”
