“We are very pleased with the bed and the storage it provides but VERY disappointed that on making the purchase in store we were not offered chrome leg gliders rather than castors. My son who purchased the identical bed, in the same store, three days after us was offered castors or chrome gliders when he made his purchase. However, when we made our purchase we were told it came with castors when we enquired what feet we could have. We would much rather have had chrome glider feet than castors . We are therefore disappointed & annoyed that the service provided in the shop isn't consistent and that we have now got to look at ugly castors rather than attractive chrome glider feet! The lower rating is due to our disappointment.”

“After lots of deliberations I decided on the storage bed. Peter the salesman was very good in helping me decide. I also opted for a very deep mattress and is very comfortable but at 5'3" I could do with a step to get into it - it's quite high! The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very efficient in assembling the bed and very friendly. Would not hesitate in recommending Bed Factory.”
