“Following 4 months of hell with a well known high street shop to supply me with an Ottoman Base almost identical to this one, I ordered one from Factory Beds Direct, I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately, the bed was ordered late Wednesday evening and delivered by the following Wednesday afternoon without any issues. The bed is lovely and came very well protected. The back office staff and delivery men were lovely and helpful.”
