“Great bed, great quality however I’ve purchased 2 items from here and when you choose the delivery date offered they send an email if manufacturing delay ends up delivery is actually around 4 weeks ... be honest in the beginning, if you can’t dekiver in 2 weeks, don’t offer it in the first place. Now I know I know what to expect, the end product is worth it!”
“Although the bed was not delivered by the originally agreed date, after telephoning I was given a new date and this was adhered to. We struggled initially to lower the bed due to the strength of the gas struts and it wouldn't stay down at first. Once the mattress arrived things became easier and now we are very pleased with our purchase.”
